Refund policy
If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, returns for an exchange are accepted. There is a 10 day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and reach out immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the issue can be evaluated and made right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for exchange, like custom pieces (such as Frame Tailoring), solid white pieces and personal care goods (such bodysuits, panties, swim suits and other intimate items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We will notify you once the item is received and inspected, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically notified and can move forward with the exchange process.
- Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition - this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached.

- It is always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
To start a return, you can contact info@bossyframe.com If your return is accepted, you'll be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return for exchange will not be accepted.
