Bossy Frame Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, returns for an exchange are accepted. There is a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, - this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached. unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Note: pieces that are made with specific waist measurements are final sale.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and reach out immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the issue can be evaluated and made right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for exchange, like custom pieces (such as Frame Tailoring), solid white pieces and personal care goods (such bodysuits, panties, swim suits and other intimate items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
To start an exchange, contact info@bossyframe.com If your return is accepted, you'll be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return for exchange will not be accepted.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:
1. Reach out via email at Bossyframeinfo@gmail.com
2. For orders within the USA you will be provide a return label. For orders outside the USA shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and tracking/receipt of mailing sent to bossyframeinfo@gmail.com. It is always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. Bossy Frame is not liable for lost or stolen packages in transit.
3. Once your item is received and noted to be in good condition, you will be issued a Bossy Credit to choose your exchange item.
Note* If item is received and not in good condition it will be returned to the customer.
Your item must be sent back within the 7 days, items created and tailored with an exact waist measurement are not exchangeable.
